
Refund and Cancellation Policy

Original Malaysia operates and manages the certification and verification process in conjunction and as authorised by the government agency MATRADE. Fees charged relate to professional assessment services and administrative processing.
Non Refundable Fees
All fees paid for certification application, verification, assessment, audit, digital certification issuance, platform onboarding, and administrative processing are strictly non refundable.
Assessment activities commence immediately upon payment.
Withdrawal of Application
Applicants may withdraw an application at any stage. However, no refunds will be issued for any fees already paid, regardless of the stage of assessment.
Unsuccessful Applications
Where an application does not meet certification criteria, all fees remain non refundable. Fees are charged for assessment services and do not guarantee certification approval.
Suspension or Revocation
No refunds will be provided where certification is suspended, revoked, or withdrawn due to non compliance, breach of terms, or misrepresentation.
Administrative Errors
Refunds will only be considered in cases of proven administrative or payment errors by Original Malaysia. Requests must be submitted in writing within seven business days of payment.
Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed within five to seven business days using the original payment method.
