Certification Mark Usage Policy

The Original Malaysia Certification Mark signifies compliance with Original Malaysia criteria at the time of assessment and approval. Use of the Certification Mark is strictly regulated.

Authorised Use

The Certification Mark may only be used by organisations that have been formally granted Original Malaysia certification, maintain valid certification status, and comply with all certification terms and usage guidelines.

Authorisation to use the Certification Mark is non transferable and limited to the approved scope.

Scope of Use

The Certification Mark may only be displayed on certified products, services, or approved materials and in communications directly related to the certified scope, in accordance with official visual and brand usage guidelines.

The mark must not be used in a misleading manner or imply broader endorsement.

Prohibited Use

The following are strictly prohibited:
• Use prior to certification approval
• Use after certification expiry, suspension, or revocation
• Use on non certified products or services
• Alteration, distortion, or modification of the Certification Mark
• Use implying endorsement or guarantees beyond certification scope

Monitoring and Enforcement

Original Malaysia reserves the right to monitor Certification Mark usage and may require corrective action, suspend or revoke certification, or pursue enforcement measures where misuse is identified.

Termination of Use

Upon certification expiry, suspension, or revocation, all use of the Certification Mark must cease immediately across all materials and platforms. Continued use may result in enforcement action.
